Closed on my house only to get a phone call 6 weeks later saying they messed up numbers and I still owed over 11K! Very unprofessional and negligent. To think they get paid to do this and then can’t even get the numbers right! Would never recommend!
Extremely poor communication, severe pushback to even schedule closings for buyer AND seller, and then when it finally did close, I picked up the check from them only for the bank to state that there isn’t money in their account, it hasn’t cleared the bank so therefore it cannot clear Chase bank (mine) for nearly a week. (Meanwhile- the mortgage lender most definitely confirmed the funds we are all waiting for absolutely went to the title company’s account.)
