I would never use this firm again. Dropped the ball a few times on closing. Then tried to blame it on other people (it was HOA's fault, buyers fault, etc). I have never had this problem and I have sold and purchased quite a bit of property, especially in the Houston area. There are much better title companies in the area, don't waste your time with these people.
My experience with Capital Title was exceptionally positive. Their responsiveness and professionalism were commendable. Both Maddie and Angela were courteous and facilitated a smooth and efficient transition. I will certainly recommend their services. Thank you.
