The staff were nice and the office is beautiful. However they massively messed up our closing and the amounts did not reconcile what was sent over to the funding warehouse. This delayed our funding from the sell of our home by almost 24 hours after when we closed and the new buyer closed. On top of it they did not inform us they had made a mistake, our broker had to track them down after closing hours on 3/26 to get an update on why we had not funded.
