I can’t say enough about Sandy & Breanna and the whole team at CTOT! Perfect location, restaurants and little boutiques are all in the same small shopping center overlooking the lake. All paperwork was ready and our clients felt at ease for a smooth signing and celebration. If I have a say in the matter, they will def get our business again and again! Thanks team!
I would never use this firm again. Dropped the ball a few times on closing. Then tried to blame it on other people (it was HOA's fault, buyers fault, etc). I have never had this problem and I have sold and purchased quite a bit of property, especially in the Houston area. There are much better title companies in the area, don't waste your time with these people.
