Everything was smooth and we closed on time on the sale of my home. The payment to me however was $2800 short. After my realtor contacted them they admitted a mistake had been made and they promptly wired the rest. I replied to their email asking how the mistake occurred and received no response. I’ve bought and sold many home over my lifetime and never have I seen a title company make a mistake. The fact that they failed to reply / explain prompted me to write a review.
