What an amazing group of people to work with! I had 3 VERY difficult buyers when selling my home! Virginia was extremely kind and helpful. I enjoyed working with her so much I've referred several people to her. This was my first time selling a home and she walked me through every step of the way. This is the worst title company. Do not use them. Virginia Reitinger was my escrow assistant and she is rude and unprofessional. First, They got the final closing disclosure wrong several time. Second, it took them over a week to send me a copy of all the closing documents I signed. Here is the kicker. Virginia informs me that someone in the off got COVID-19 and that they can not have anyone come in.
