We were a part of transaction with Miranda that did NOT close. She clouded our title unnecessarily. She did not read our documents or the RON certificate from our purchase accurately and then said that signatures were void from when we purchased the property.. even though we have a title policy issued, our escrow from purchase contacted her directly, the attorney from the other side spoke with her and the notary that facilitated the transaction.
