If I could give them 100 stars I would! Everyone associated with Capital Title was kind, professional and most importantly knowledgeable from start to finish. They really made you feel like family. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition and I will definitely be recommending their services. I will not use another title company. Thank you to everyone at Capital Title for going above and beyond!
I would give no stars honestly. Didn’t get our closing documents to us until I requested them the day we were closing. Guesstimated the taxes the seller would owe for the year leaving us to cover the gap. And didn’t catch that there were backed taxes on the property before closing. I would never recommend them to anyone.
