Avoid this company for your Grand Junction title needs. I’ve worked with multiple title companies over the past 20+ years and have never encountered such unprofessional service. They were completely unprepared for the closing—arriving over 30 minutes late, asking the realtor to make copies, and failing to have the commission check ready.
