Avoid this company for your Grand Junction title needs. I’ve worked with multiple title companies over the past 20+ years and have never encountered such unprofessional service. They were completely unprepared for the closing—arriving over 30 minutes late, asking the realtor to make copies, and failing to have the commission check ready. I'm a notary near Austin, Texas, who was hired by Melanie Lawson on April 18. On April 23, I printed their 130+ page document, met with their Texas clients for over an hour, scanned back time-sensitive documents, dropped the documents at FedEx, and sent my invoice the same afternoon. After 5 days of non-payment, I contacted Ms Lawson and was told my "check was in the mail." EDIT- at 22 days late, I had not been contacted nor rec'd a check.
