Personally, I would be very weary if considering using this Title Co. It could have been a one off, but they did not check their work and the entire closing felt rushed and hectic. I found over 8k in mistakes, when I told them they were very off putting, but eventually took responsibility, sort of…. The owner made it worse by never calling me back, which says a lot about the business. They told my realtor they would reimburse me for their fees and never did.
