Corrupt title company. If Dan Handle is part of your closing for a seller refuse to close. He and the seller are trying to stick me with a thousand dollar water bill that is the sellers responsibility. It is proven from the bill. Dan at Capital is claiming a title issue but the water company can prove the bill was available at my time of closing. Looking at other reviews there could possibly be fiduciary fraudulent crimes taking place on my case and other. RESPA AND TiLA violations appear to be a norm here.
Terrible experience, never use this place when buying ANYTHING. If this is your last and only option I would wait until you can find a better company.
Warning! If you want your closing to go bad hire these flowns. Horrible title company. They got everything wrong. Paid the wrong amounts on everything and they didn't find delinquent taxes that end up hurting me and I owned the home a month.. Now my out of pocket expenses have exceeded themselves and they can't resolve the issue after a month. Wow. Worst experience and stress I have ever experienced.
