Danielle was pretty rude in general for our house closing and all the people in the back office were gossiping and complaining about their customers when I walked in. Very controlling and demanding, maybe just some ocd or control issues. The front desk lady was nice as she walked me to the conference room though so silver lining there I guess
Chuck, Johnny, LeRae and the team always get us to the closing on time. As a lender I use their services with the company I work for, Community Banks Mortgage. I have also used their services on my own transactions. Always professional, accurate and on time.
