I had the pleasure of working with Caryn B. on the sale of my home, right when we handed the keys over we negotiated "Property Damages" along with going over how much each party would be getting in return from Escrow on the "Release of Escrow Funds Contract". 2 weeks later, I get a call saying that contract is incorrect, occupancy was not calculated correctly and most of the proceeds go back to the purchaser. Warning - use a different title company if you can! This has been the poorest closing I have ever experienced - I did a 'virtual closing' at the request of Clarkston Title. The attitude of the person assigned to my closing was so unprofessional & after 30 days I still have not received the completed documents from them.
