Very poor client communications. The don't understand seller financing or investor type property. If you are a realtor doing standard type of transactions, they are probably ok. They wasted a lot of our time going through two different underwriters who told us they could not insure our transaction, but this was after waiting two weeks for an answer, and they let the deadline for closing slip without calling us to let us know there was a problem.
