Not one of them has ASE certification and they also hire individuals without the Air conditioning license to work on A/C systems; resulting in constant comebacks. Check your invoice for proper taxation. this business has been reported to BAR (bureau of automotive repair), CA Labor Commission, IRS and ICE.
Customer Service was great! I had to get my car re-aligned 3 times though which kind of was an inconvenience. Tire prices are too high compared to other places but they guaranteed 65,000 warranty and free rotation, roadside service for tire damage for the life of the tires. They also gave me a free alignment. If Capital holds up to their promise and warranty then not so bad of a deal. The boy that did my alignment is also very cute ladies... just sayin! 😻
Very friendly, didn't have to wait long. But they forgot to check the rest of my tires pressure so I had to go somewhere else to get that done
