Dr. Gay really listens to me. He has really tried to figure out my situation. Very nice staff. Quick to get me in and taken care of.
I wentHere , because my arm was bothering me. The doctor told me he no longer did surgery and then shared my information with some other doctor. I told them I was not interested.Canceled my appointment with whoever answers the phone and I guess she never canceled it. To say the least, they charged me $50 for a no show I did not even know about. I called and tried to fix it and they just kept sending me bills.So I paid it. I would not recommend them from my experience.
I was very sick after 2 emergency room visits to St.Lukes in a three day span where all their tests showed I needed my gall bladder removed. St.Lukes referral from their ER. Dr. was months out from being able to get me in. I was able to reach out to Dr. Perry's office where they were able to get me in for an immediate appointment. Dr. Perry also confirmed that I needed my gallbladder removed, explained the risks of surgery, and all my options. Amy Chan was rude and unfriendly staff I 've ever seen. I was recommended to see her from a friend but I am very disappointed. I won't come back and I will tell my others friends not to do so
I don’t believe this place cares for their patients. The never call back or follow up with us. And when I call to leave voicemail I never hear back. I left my follow up appointment three weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back from them about next steps.
