This is the best way to experience a day in Annapolis, try a new class (e.g. SUP yoga, SUP bootcamp), and enjoy scenic calm waters of Spa Creek. Great time catching up with friends if you take a class, and combine it with lunch or dinner. Even if you're experienced at paddling, 90-min boot camp is ideal for honing skills, and Capital SUP will share techniques to improve. Yoga is awesome outdoors too. Capital Sup is an absolutely wonderful way to spend time on the water. I brought my entire family here on a Friday morning to kick off my wedding weekend. Not only did Kevin ensure we would all have a paddle board, he was also able to accommodate us early in the morning so we could fit it in before the craziness began. He let us hangout and celebrate under the covered pavilion and made my family members from all over the US feel welcome. I took my 13 year old daughter there today because she wants a paddle board and has never been on one before. So I figured I would have her go test one out. Kevin was super nice, very helpful and full of information. He gave my daughter a short lesson and then she was off, she had a fabulous time!
