I love Capital SUP!!! I'm not an avid paddler, but I have taken a few of their yoga classes and really enjoy them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and also very patient with novices like me!
Natalie was so sincerely invested in giving us the best lesson. She answered every question, demonstrated how to handle wakes, steering, and balancing properly. She was very personable and loved helping us learn to the best of our ability. We will definitely be back!!
