Something ain't right. Last month I had routine service and the next day I get survey e-mails AND another e-mail that my inspection is due. Why can't the service folks check that when you bring it in. This week I called on Tuesday to see when I could get it inspected.....Saturday is the earliest. Service Manager Ralph Haynes has left their service department to go to Toyota and they still have his photo and e-mail on the website.
Bought a car from subaru about 6 months ago had issue after issue I couldn't afford a big repair subaru talked with vw and got me back on the road I couldn't b happier with Scott and Ralph in service went above n beyond to make sure my vw was taken care of!
I received excellent service from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out. Wonderful staff!! If recommend them to anyone!!
