I was a prospective tenant, so I can't speak to their property management abilities, however, I can speak to their seriously lacking scheduling and time management abilities. This company seems to be unable to maintain a scheduled and confirmed appointment to show an apartment. As of today, they have canceled on me 2x with very little notice even though I confirmed the appointment. Hmmm that tells me alot.
