UPDATE 2: Can’t reply on the local office sending the bill via email. The emails are only sent if the “manager” is in the office to do it. Recommend autopay to avoid issues. Local office is slow to respond if at all. Dealt with the regional manager directly. Couldn’t get in several times when we needed to as there were issues with the lock on the gate. Kept raising the rent. Other units in the area were less expensive but we had too much to move…. They invested in putting addition stones to even out the grounds and addressed... read more
