I would say I'm pulling my daughter out but no need for that because she's been completely abandoned by this practice. Im not even upset that her therapist left the practice but absolutely no follow up for about a month now. I call with a sense of urgency in hopes that I get the help desperately needed for my daughter and nobody calls back. I have had 7 appointments in the last month be canceled at the last minute. Appointments often set up days or even weeks in advance. They have some amazing services, but at extremely unreliable.

the only reason you would go here is for the psychiatric services. They do not value your time. the main case worker Myra does not know how to handle her work load, It took her a whole week to respond back when I came out of the Mental hospital for an attempt and afterwards would not apologize with it, she always made an excuse such as her taking in "multiple cases and personal emergencies" When I had my hesitations with working her, she convinced me to stay only "a month" to see if things work out.
