Absolute worst investment I have ever made! I invested with them in two apartment complexes and the return has been a disaster. The project has been mismanaged and they have lost all trust. Find another avenue for your investment. You will be glad you did!
Absolutely terrible experience as a 1031 exchange investor. Did 2x DST Exchanges with them. Now neither property is performing, they don't respond to emails in a timely manner or provide updates, even in what I would consider to be urgent situations. In my opinion mismanagement of the properties and the tenants that are leasing from us. Extremely frustrating experience and wish I parked my money somewhere else.
These people are awful! Debra Schleining collected my entire family's names, birthdays, social security numbers, bank account numbers, routing numbers and then did nothing with them. When I questioned her about this piacular behavior she called me paranoid. Years later we did a transfer and they failed to complete the transfer and kept contacting the wrong people concerning the investments. If you live in a mobile home park in Florida and this company purchases the park, get out fast. Our lot rent was $528/mth in 2021 when purchased by Capital Square. It is now $1015/mth.
