Had a service 1month ago for the car accident (hit by another careless driver). A staff at Blackburn told me that it is a big damage so have to send it to Rowville branch, and it would take more than 2weeks to repair. I was so worried since then. It wasn't long before I knew it is just imaginary fears/anxiety. Had a phone call from a female staff called 'Joy' just before 1week, said 'My car would be ready very soon'. So amazed..... Mel ,Joy and assessor were very kind and friendly, quick turn around my car was ready in 3 days , washed and interior cleaned, complimentary uber provided if needed highly recommend , not sure of cost as wax through insurance
