NEVER EVER get repairs from here! Weeks before the repair I sent photos of my car as they instructed which apparently was meant to ‘speed up’ the repair. I dropped my car in for a bumper replacement and then an hour later I was told via text that my car has been taken to a repairer 3 hours away and it would take 2 weeks!!!!!! To replace the bumper. Then after 10 days I called the location and my car was already finished but they had to wait for a towing company to bring it back to Sydney. Which has taken an extra week. So my... read more
Although the repair was done in good order I had a quad lock phone mount stolen from my car during the process. They asked for feedback and I included the report of the theft in the feedback but clearly no-one reads it or they don't care.
