Very disappointed with the service. My car was painted on 17 April 2026, and they removed the badges during the repair. I was told they would replace them once the parts arrived. It’s now 14 August 2026— almost four months later — and I still don’t have the badges. They keep saying the parts haven’t arrived and can’t even give me an expected date. Poor communication and very disappointing customer service.
Highly recommend SMART repairs, they handled our insurance claim very quickly and went above and beyond ensuring the car was restored to a safe condition.
