Door was replaced. Only one bolt was tight. 1 finger tight and the other two only just wound onto the nut. Door trim not fitted correct with 3 clips not secured causing big gap. Mirror not replaced so auto fold hits the door. Car was also not cleaned. Terrible quality control.

Great experience. Dropped off car with damage, including scratched paint, damage to panels as well as the rear bumper. They paid for an Uber home and the work was complete in less than 48 hours. Sent another Uber to collect me from home so i could pick up the car. The repair was perfect. Lovely team. Very quick turnaround. Highly recommended.
