After dropping off a piece of Aluminium for custom cutting to size & giving the measurements etc, waited more than 1 week for the job to be completed, only for the pieces to be cut to the wrong size. After returning to have them cut to the correct size, was then rudely told we were "Closed for the day" (11am Friday) & to come back next week & it'll take 5 more days again.....
Rob was so efficient with a good Aussie approach. I had my job done within a quick turnaround to a perfection….. Cheers
