Their service is prompt, the owner/operator thoroughly inspects to give the best advice for the customer (not just the most expensive) and he takes the time to educate and talk throughout the process. We needed a repair done after a storm damaged a portion of our roof. Every company we called only wanted to sell us a whole new roof. Nobody was even willing to give us a quote to do the repair. Coty and the crew were fantastic. Had them install all new gutters on the house and connect to a rain barrel. During the walkabout when getting an estimate Coty wat knowledgeable but open to suggestion. Identified issues immediately that we needed fixed. Crew was great, install was FAST. one of the installers custom made an overflow downspout for the rain barrel that beats anything I could've drawn up
Great selection of shingle options. The whole crew was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly when additional problem areas were discovered during the replacement process and needed to be addressed. They made what could be a really stressful experience relatively easy. All that plus high quality work too!
