Capital Restoration LLC replaced the entire roof on our house in 2009. Recently, we had a roofing inspector evaluate the roof and were surprised to hear that the shingles appeared to be at least 20 years old. I contacted Capital Restoration LLC and provided the original invoice number in hopes of obtaining records from the project. However, I was told that they no longer keep records from that far back and that they are not located at 2255 Sewell Mill Road, which is the address shown on the original invoice. Capital Restoration is wonderful. My office building had a pipe burst and it was a flooded mess. Logan was out to our office within 20 minutes of the call. He instantly got to work extracting the water. He had a crew there right away and they got to work. They were there the next several days showing up early and staying late. We then had them do the demolition which they did a wonderful job. Highly recommended this company and shooting out high praises to the technician Logan Simpson and the project manager Tim.
