Capital Remodeling made the whole remodeling process much easier than I expected. The crew was respectful, worked efficiently, and paid attention to the little details. I also appreciated how quickly they responded whenever I had a question. The final result came out really nice, and the cost was fair for the quality of work. Very pleased with the experience overall.

Purchased windows in 2008 with a LifeTime warranty. I've DocuSigned two weeks ago a warranty order with a credit card authorization. I have had nothing but the run-around. The person handling my issue has been transferred to another department and I've called 3x since...each time the call was dropped when it was transferred. DO NOT buy from this company. They DO NOT honor their LifeTime Warranty.
