I expected understanding when I asked to cancel our window order due to major water damage at our home after signing up for the windows, but instead Capital Remodeling demanded $4,000 to end the contract—even though no work had started. This showed me they care more about money than customers. Sometimes if you don't put money before the customer you can get their busy later.

DO NOT INTERACT! I accepted a "review and quote" offer, and even accepted a reschedule on that offer. Two reschedules later I declined any further "review and quote" offers. Now, this company refuses to stop calling me. I have told the phone representatives that I no longer want business with their company but they do not respect that. I do not know any way besides a bad review to get through to them that I do not respect their practices and will not do business with them.

I couldn't believe how easy the entire window installation process was! They took care of everything, and the results are fantastic. The windows look fantastic and have significantly improved the ambiance of the home. I'm quite pleased with their job.

I'm quite pleased with how my new windows turned out. The installers were courteous and cautious with everything. My home feels cozier, and the view outside appears clearer right now.
