Literally sitting in my car crying after my appointment because a doctor finally listened to me! It was my first appointment here and everyone was great! I wish I’d come here sooner. Dr Bloss is my actual hero. ALL of the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly! Just book your appointment already!!
Apparently, my OBGYN, that I had several years, left this practice. I was NEVER informed by the practice how outrageous to just dismiss the needs for communication. I was never offered another OBGYN from this practice, no email, calls or any attempts to contact me about scheduling my annual checkup, it was as if I was forgotten. To get anything done with the staff has been a challenge, I have to request online for my medical records to be transferred, the system is difficult to navigate and glitches. Had to check in through a QR code that didn’t work as I didn’t have an internet connection. The staff who checked myself and the patient ahead of me in was very flustered about this. When I got to the exam room he came in quickly and was very brief. Waited in the exam room for about 40 minutes before the doctor came in. Went to use the bathroom and mentioned this to the person who checked us in, he was super rude. Just said well I did my part. I said that was not a good attitude to have towards a patient and he said that min... read more
