Had to check in through a QR code that didn’t work as I didn’t have an internet connection. The staff who checked myself and the patient ahead of me in was very flustered about this. When I got to the exam room he came in quickly and was very brief. Waited in the exam room for about 40 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Allison is the most awesome doctor to go to for gynecology. Loved her bedside manner and her warmth. ❤️
You can’t call the office directly- have to go through an answering service at all times. No person is in the waiting room and the door is locked. You scan a QR code and wait. Your phone buffers and you wait, hoping someone will help you. Staff was great. Not their fault. If this is the way community care is headed I will find a new practice.
