This office is absolutely horrible. Probable cancer found and cant possibly get him in for a biopsy for TWO months. The woman at the front desk who took the call was rude and completely unsympathetic to the situation.

While waiting for my boyfriend, I has the unique opportunity to sit and hear the two women at the front desk, not only use inappropriate language for patients to hear. In addition, the two women at the front desk kept bashing the Clifton Park location and stating they hated working there. While this may all be true, this is not a conversation that should be heard by patients.

I came for my first visit only to find that the address online is not actually where the business is located. I had to wait on the phone for someone to pick up which took ten minutes. The new location is ten minutes away. The new location does NOT have a sign. The only sign on the building says Family Medical Practice. I had to circle building and call for a fourth time to find the entrance to building. The door to the front also does not work. I had to call again to find which door to go into.
