I have been going to Dr Sahoo for lower back and sciatica pain for years. I trust her to do a thorough job treating my issues. I swim long distances, cycle and drive my car which all exacerbate the lower back pain. She knows just where to inject into my back to provide months of relief. I strongly recommend Dr Sahoo. Her kindness and professionalism make visits with her enjoyable and worthwhile. The Ortho NY staff could use some customer service training. My husband went to see dr sahoo and waited over an hour for her to tell him your fine and never reviewed the results of the mri or hear his symptoms. She spent less then 5 min with him was rude. My husband was run over by a motorcycle and he has been seeing doctor after doctor to find out what can be done for his pain and what his options are and she couldnt care less about helping him.
My fiance is 27 years old and hasn't been able to walk for more than 10 minutes without back and hip pain. He had to take a leave from work. We went to Dr. Sahoo hoping for any answers or solutions. I had seen good reviews. I was hopeful. She came into the room, asked my fiance what was wrong, cut him off, spewed some strange statistic about how 85% of people who have back pain, will heal on its own 85% of the time. She casually mentioned that some of his disc's were degenerating and acted like it was no big deal (HES 27). T... read more
