I will be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I had to wait one hour after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They are always polite. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left ready for the next step.
