I brought my daughter here for a follow up from the urgent care and it was a terrible experience. The person that was recasting her had a temper tantrum because she was crying about her broken leg. She is four years old and I will say they had no regard for her age or condition and should not be in that line of work especially if they are getting upset and not able to remain professional when dealing with a small child

I was scheduled for a 2:30 appointment. After sitting in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes I was brought into a room and left to sit there. While in the room I heard the neighboring room open up and ask where they forgotten about 🤔 . 3:25 I replaced my boot open the door to the nurse bringing in another patient. I asked if this could be rescheduled cause this is absolutely ridiculous her response was sure anything you need. I go out to the front lobby proceed to reschedule and vent. I had a poorly done hip repair at another practice. Never healed and shortened my leg 1/2 inch. Dr Ortiz skillfully and with much kindness did a replacement. He got my legs EXACTLY even by doing a robot assisted perfect surgery. He gave me a new life. The post operative care was also superb. He and his staff have my unending gratitude.

The front office was very nice. They made me arrive 15mins early and l waited over 45 mins for the doctor. This was an appointment l made last week and in pain. I took the first opening which is a long way from home. It's such a disappointing experience and l haven't been seen yet. Still waiting. I don't recommend coming here.
