This is facts that can be checked out. My Mother fell and broke her hip Friday. Her granddaughter took her to the er at the hospital and was told she could come back at 7 to 10 in the morning on Saturday during visiting hours and then she might have her surgery Saturday.Saturday comes no surgery and lisa gets up there at 7:30 and is told she can’t see her they change the rules and Lisa is like you told me I could come and see her this morning as to see the doctor that I’ve never seen so at 9:30 they tell her she has to leave... read more
RecommendedDr Oberlander is a very competent doctor. he is always attentive, polite,thorough,and down to earth. He actually answers your questions and makes sure you understand. I love him and wouldn't go anywhere else!😉

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have never been so disgusted by a hospital in my life! Terrible attitudes from nurses, front desk, all of it. Highly do NOT recommend! Had a terrible experience with the birth of my daughter there, customer service on the phones when calling and trying to get any paper work faxed to my work for short term disability was ridiculous. Switching immediately.

I am a current patient receiving OT your therapists are great! I however dread interaction with your check in staff particularly the blonde who sits on the right( as patient is standing in front of check in) she has a rude attitude and a demeanor suggesting she does not want to deal with patients. Considering I have had these experiences with her on 2 consecutive visits I will be calling my orthopedic doctor and getting a referral to a different therapy provider. I thought you should be aware of this situation.
