update 9-23-20: again waiting a week just for a call back from staff - my dad cracked his rib and needs an mri- which they needs to pre-authorize. My mom also waiting a week for a call-back on an issue for pt. jan 2020- while my dad is in with her she's a great doctor - seriously very thorough. that said - my dad having issues breathing - so inhaler ordered. Needed pre-authorization- we - and pharmacy - left several messages for her- a week later they finally requested it. a week delay on an inhaler is not good. this is afte... read more

while my dad is in with her she's a great doctor - seriously very thorough. that said - my dad having issues breathing - so inhaler ordered. Needed pre-authorization- we - and pharmacy - left several messages for her- a week later they finally requested it. a week delay on an inhaler is not good. this is after waiting 4 weeks to get a staffer to schedule an appointment to begin with- for 3 weeks later... which was cancelled 2 days prior for another 2 weeks out. not sure if its staffing or just too busy - but get it together.

I’ve been going to dr Jolie for many many years an refuse to see any other drs at This practice because she is such a great doctor and does everything and anything for her patients to make sure they are OK if it wasn’t for her I would be so lost she really helps me with my health an does everything to make sure I’m ok I appreciate dr Jolie’s help an recommend her to anyone that needs a primary care dr she’s really the best dr an is great at what she does

The other poster had issues with staff.. but said nothing about Dr Jolie, which is completely unfair! She is an awesome Dr and I'm a RN. I've searched high and low for a Dr like her since I moved, and I'm having no luck. She is smart, competent, friendly, and a good listener. She is very respectful of her patients and that's far and imverween with Drs nowadays! Love her!
