Capitol Region Appraisers provided an appraisal that was inaccurate and caused me not to be able to re-finance my residence, he comparable properties that were used did not match the type of home that I have. The square footage used was less than the actual size of the home and was told by another appraiser that this is the most common error, I asked Capitol Region Appraisers to look into this and they just ignored the issue.
