Suz van gundy I would Stay far from... she will send offers with w No approvals ... tell u it’s cash and then switch to conventional... after that when you’ll get a few different contracts that don’t make any sense. Then when you don’t want to do biz with her she will ghost u and refuse to sign a release (even though she violated her side by not sending emd on time) ... run 🏃♀️ they don’t return calls or pick Up phone either! If sold 36 houses and never seen this as an investor.
