I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate company, specifically with agent Patricia Meza. I inquired about a rental on 3/19, at 1061 El Centro Ave. I was told to text if I wanted to see it. That evening, Patricia called and offered a showing for that Friday (3/21). I let her know I wouldn’t have the move-in funds until 3/26, and she said I couldn’t even view the apartment until I had the money. Lugar con muy poco atractivo a la vista, los meseros muy amables nos atendió Mara, pero si están súper ocupados así que debes ir con tiempo para que te sirvan tu comida. Eso si, la comida super rica y basta, sirven mucho así que los precios son justos. Recomiendo mucho la comida.

James Garcia, the broker, was my agent and I was the seller. On more than one occasion I told him that he worked for the buyer and not me. The buyer was allowed to break her contract, wrote a nasty letter and I was never represented. James wanted a repairman to come in and fix holes that were caused by my alarm system that the buyer didn't want.
