I have attended this clinic on several occasions and always received friendly, professional support and service. I had cause to attend this clinic today for an ultrasound on my hand and a second ultrasound on my ankle. I had a booking for my hand and was told at the time of making the booking that there was a slim chance that the technician may be able to do both ultrasounds back to back providing they had time, otherwise I would have to make a second booking and return later in the week. I called Friday morning at 9am regarding a description of my injury that was transcribed incorrectly on my results. The receptionist that answered the phone was extremely rude and kept interrupting me whilst I was trying to explain the error. She was very abrupt and gave me incorrect information, that was later confirmed and clarified by another receptionist. Disappointing.

Trying to book in was a bit of a trial due to language difficulties but the actual service was excellent; even though I was virtually a "walk in" and told I may have a wait for a vacancy I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. My wife and I have used Capital on numerous occasions and it's always the same with less than 10 minutes wait to be seen, something virtually unheard of in medical practices where 30 minutes plus is the normal wait time.

I had my first MRI scan with Capital Radiology in Footscray yesterday. Being a person with a neurological disease for over 40 years, I undertake MRIs every year at public hospitals. My experience yesterday was very impressive. From booking to scan I was treated with respect. The staff were friendly, professional and patient despite being extremely busy. I was very impressed. Thank you for a seamless experience! Highly recommend this service.

I want to send a huge thankyou to the staff and radiology doctor and team at Pakenham. I had a cortisone injection in my back yesterday after suffering lower back pain to the extent where I could not stand for more than 10 MIns. Today I am already feeling the relief, which I know will get even better I cannot recommend more highly for the care and empathy that I received at their hands. Cannot thankyou enough. On 6 March I went to Capital Radiology Knox for an ultrasound of the bladder. I was told by the receptionist who took my phone booking that I had to drink 1 litre of water one hour before the appointment. So I started drinking one hour before the appointment. But at the appointment the sonographer said I should have 'finished' the one litre of water one hour before the appointment. So I was not ready for the scan. My GP referred me to Capital Radiology Box Hill for an Xray of my thumb. I attempted an online booking, and after 45 minutes of struggling the site informed me that it cannot upload a jpeg file with the referral. I tried to ring several times, only to be greeted with an announcement, and then a deathly silence for 10 minutes. Repeating the process didn’t yield anything new.
