Amazing experience. A lovely receptionist, followed by a lovely radiologist. Both so welcoming and kind. My wait time was less than 5 minutes too
I went there for x-rays and an ultrasound. Staff were extremely professional, thoughtful and punctual. Unfortunately I do need to go back because of an injury, but hey, that is not their fault.
Have been trying to contact this week. Called Monday 20 minutes on hold. Called 3 separate times this am....3 lots of 20 - 25 minutes on hold. A total of over 1 hr and 20 minutes sent on hold this week. Do you need more reception staff ? Surely this cannot be correct? If everyone trying to book an appointment waits this long. Very frustrating. If it was a once off i can understand the volume but this is not acceptable.
Punctual, professional and courteous....all of my experiences with Kilmore Radiology have been the same. I always feel well cared for.
