I work at a local outpatient clinic and we have been struggling for months to find a new orthotist for our patients, since our previous one relocated. These guys have been amazing. Matt makes every effort to communicate with us and pursue necessary documentation from doctor’s offices to avoid unnecessary delays for our patients. How was referred to this company by veterans administration since this company has changed over to its new name, I found that the Customer service like tremendously. in the future, I will just notify VA to send me not send me to that Provider.. when I asked to speak to a supervisor the receptionist did not notify me of my request. They never answer the phone when I call. They’ve held something of mine for THREE MONTHS now because they need some document from my Dr, but every time his office has tried to call, they don’t answer the phone then either. Unreal. If your Dr or PT is trying to send you here, don’t let them.
