How was referred to this company by veterans administration since this company has changed over to its new name, I found that the Customer service like tremendously. in the future, I will just notify VA to send me not send me to that Provider.. when I asked to speak to a supervisor the receptionist did not notify me of my request. They never answer the phone when I call. They’ve held something of mine for THREE MONTHS now because they need some document from my Dr, but every time his office has tried to call, they don’t answer the phone then either. Unreal. If your Dr or PT is trying to send you here, don’t let them.

I took my 86 yr old day to this place in May to get his leg brace repaired I told tha doctor that's he having problems out of the new one to heavy and that tha weight is causing I'm trouble to get around he has fell more than once hear it is August goin in to September and they still haven't gotten my dad his leg brace I Explain to doctor Nurse and supervisor...that it a Necessity for him to get it...the supervisor stated that they got to make sure tha Medicaid medicare pay for the repair...I call the Medicaid medicare offic... read more
