We recently assisted a homeowner in coordinating matters with this management company and were very disappointed with the attitude of Mr. A. The homeowner has been living in Asia country long-term, so there is a time difference involved. We sincerely explained and apologized for missing some phone call from the management office, yet Mr. A still insisted on issuing a penalty without any understanding or flexibility. Unfortunately, my experience with this property management company has been consistently disappointing. Communication has been minimal and often dismissive, with emails frequently going unanswered or responded to without substance. Requests for face-to-face meetings have been declined, and when meetings do occur online, cameras are often off, which only adds to the lack of transparency and professionalism.
