The team at CPV is very friendly and helpful. Aaron answered all of our questions and also helped us set up access for my disabled mom for her pickups. We highly recommend this company.
I lease at 2090 S Dorsey Lane in Tempe. The improvements they have made here is more than I expected. Brick walkways, planted palm trees, all buildings painted, cars illegally parked in fire lanes next to garages towed, all balconies and railings were made more sturdy. This place is pretty quiet and the college students are respectful. Any problems seem to get fixed right away.
They've taken over management of my complex. They started by maintaining the parking lots, repainting the buildings, reupholstering and improving the clubhouse, and repairing roofs. It's been a year and they've actually done things to improve the community with the HOA fees.
Working along CPV has been nothing short of great. We have received the opportunity of working with Breklyn and it truly has been a joy. She stays on top of emails, super detail oriented, and overall always delivers kindness.
As a board member, having CPV on our side has changed our life. Aaron Largo, our property manager, is detailed oriented and knowledgeable about construction and even pool chemical balance which has contributed in identifying waste and increasing homeowners satisfaction with us; their board. We are happy to continue to be part of the CPV family! Keep up the great work!
