This management company is awesome to work with and super responsive!
They took over my HOA. Raised the HOA fee's each year since taking over and will notify you only after they've done it.
I don't recommend renting through this company. We paid application fees for a property and the property manager had poor communication and also never got back to us whether we were approved or denied.
