VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They refuse to communicate or be honest about their denials and I do absolutely believe that they are cherry picking renters. We spent over $150 applying for a home we more than qualified for and Larry denied us and then refused to substantiate any lawful and legitimate reasoning as to why. Have service pets? Good luck, if the renter says no pets, not even your legally qualifying service pets will be allowed.
All the staff is rude!!! Larry is a coward, and Tristen takes forever to respond!
