I wish they had a minus 1 or something to that extent. These people are a total rip off. I am moving to Ft. Wayne and accidentally completed an application for my elderly mother and myself who are moving to Ft. Wayne soon. As soon as we found out we completed the application at the wrong Property Management (over the weekend), we called and left several messages that it was an error and please do not process the application. Horrible service. Fail to mail statements in a timely manner. We received a jan billing in the summer. The manager is so nasty and holds zoom meetings so she can prevent a homeowner from speaking. Horrible service,disrect for homeowners and a total waste of money. If you have them fire them Also our board has a person who they pay $50 a month to read the financials. The person has found irregularities. I recently went to pay my bill because it is so late in coming. They said I did not owe anything.bi had to explain to them ... read more
