I can’t say enough good things about this company. I see reviews saying they don’t fix things and that’s not true. Sometimes I call and if they don’t answer I just text and always get an answer. It may take time to find the issue but they always come and get it fixed.
Do not rent from this company. I worked in property management for over 10 years and have never encountered a company as unprofessional as this one. My partner and I both have apartments in this building, and we’ve submitted multiple work orders that have remained unaddressed for an extended period. Don't bother renting from these guys. They don't fix anything. They allow tenants to use their own personal washing machines and dish washers, even though in the lease agreement you can't have any of those things, and due to that it has caused major flooding and ceiling damage. You can call and put in all the maintenance requests you want but they won't come. After being lied to about the cost of a tiny apartment a couple of times, my daughter agreed to sign a lease. She has reached out with issues on multiple occasions and has never heard back. I definitely think they are there for the money not for their tenants I would not recommend to anyone.
This company sucks. My partner and I have lived in one of their apartments for a month and half and maintenance has been here 15+ times. They didn’t clean or fix anything before we moved in. NEVER rent from them. They ignore our messages and don’t care that we are unhappy here. They don’t want to help us. We will soon bring legal action into the situation.
