I absolutely would NOT recommend renting through this company. I have lived in a CPM apartment for almost 4 years now. This is one of the worst, most unorganized property management companies that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. At least once a year we lose all heat and hot water due to the property managements negligence of their apartments, and that's just one issue that I've had to constantly battle while living here. Update: The storm in December flooded my apartment. Capital properties took care of me and my pet. I had no where to go with my pet and they put us in an empty apartment for a few days tell they found another apartment. Saved my job too, because I am a remote worker. I see they took care of other tenants too. They took care of us. They didn't have to do that, but they did. Big thank you to the Owner and to Capital Properties. Much appreciated and much respect. They let myself, my girlfriend, and her child to live in an apartment for the past 5 months with a leaking roof. I brought it up to Jason the "landlord" in November. He also has refused to update my lease. I moved in in 2022 and the lease ended 2023 so now my girlfriend can't get foodstamps for her child and they don't care.
