This company sucks. My partner and I have lived in one of their apartments for a month and half and maintenance has been here 15+ times. They didn’t clean or fix anything before we moved in. NEVER rent from them. They ignore our messages and don’t care that we are unhappy here. They don’t want to help us. We will soon bring legal action into the situation. They did not remove furniture from the previous tenant upon move in, and a week after submitting a maintenance request still has not been removed creating a fire hazard. The apartment was not cleaned before move in with food still in cabinets (if it was, it definitely wasn’t done thoroughly). I absolutely would NOT recommend renting through this company. I have lived in a CPM apartment for almost 4 years now. This is one of the worst, most unorganized property management companies that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. At least once a year we lose all heat and hot water due to the property managements negligence of their apartments, and that's just one issue that I've had to constantly battle while living here.
