removed my items before the end of my lease without contacting me. it was a horrible renting experience all around, from leaving previous tenants furniture when i moved in, to leaving a biohazard toilet that was removed from the other unit in a common area, and a multitude of other terrible experiences. i would not recommend renting from this inept company at all.
Don't bother renting from these guys. They don't fix anything. They allow tenants to use their own personal washing machines and dish washers, even though in the lease agreement you can't have any of those things, and due to that it has caused major flooding and ceiling damage in my unit. You can call and put in all the maintenance requests you want but they won't come. They do not care about their buildings. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I see reviews saying they don’t fix things and that’s not true. Sometimes I call and if they don’t answer I just text and always get an answer. It may take time to find the issue but they always come and get it fixed.
Do not rent from this company. I worked in property management for over 10 years and have never encountered a company as unprofessional as this one. My partner and I both have apartments in this building, and we’ve submitted multiple work orders that have remained unaddressed for an extended period.
