Very bad my rent monthly payment was not taken out of my Bank account and my account with the company is erased
I have rented from this property management for approximately two years. The theme here is negligence. They do not properly keep up with the Property. We have been without electricity, heat, and air multiple times. The maintenance man can only work after hours, which is not legal here in California. I am very grateful for Adrianna and Joy, as well as maintenance as I had to secure housing at the last minute due to the condo community I had an approval delaying my move in for a month. I was relocating from out of state and both Adrianna and Joy were super responsive, and helped me get an approval within 48 hours! Update: I never signed a full lease nand the reps continuosly tried to swindle me into staying in the home even after I initially declined. The response they gave is a lie. The reviews don’t lie! They have great service to get you in. But lie and scam to take your money. Beware of whatever they tell you! Oh and the house they tried to rent me, the reps leg fell through the shed and there’s an enormous hole in one of the bedrooms. Paint is not done correctly. Definitely the “landlord special”.
