Beware of these guys. After 51 months of occupancy, we gave 60 days notice that we would be moving out. Our air conditioning stopped working that weekend and they dragged their feet fixing and never actually fixed the air conditioning while we were there, subjecting my pregnant wife to multiple weeks of 100+ degree weather without AC.
