I've dealt with a lot of property management comanies over the years as I've constantly been on the move. This is one of the most attentive places I've ever had. They immediately handle any issues you might have with urgency and efficiency. They didn't hit me with all of the extra fees that other companies have tried to do. Very bad my rent monthly payment was not taken out of my Bank account and my account with the company is erased
I have rented from this property management for approximately two years. The theme here is negligence. They do not properly keep up with the Property. We have been without electricity, heat, and air multiple times. The maintenance man can only work after hours, which is not legal here in California. They do not have rental property registration currently which was not told to me until I called code enforcement. I’ve been dealing with a cockroach infestation for almost 2 years. I am very grateful for Adrianna and Joy, as well as maintenance as I had to secure housing at the last minute due to the condo community I had an approval delaying my move in for a month. I was relocating from out of state and both Adrianna and Joy were super responsive, and helped me get an approval within 48 hours!
