I would give 0 stars if I was allowed. Matt Lissee of Capitol Property Group is a joke. I'll make note that anyone else I have spoken to from his office has been kind. I had been told I needed to pay $150 for access to the roof where I was told by the property group the a/c was located for a condo unit because 8:15 am is considered "after hours". No problem.
