Even though the therapists I’ve had there were amazing (I’ve had 3…if this gives you any indication of their turnover), it is not worth going here. I was billed HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and had to call multiple times to get my $375 reimbursed/figured out. They called me but when I called back and left messages, no one returned my call. I finally had to get my therapist to assist with the issue. There was no warning of this billing and the whole thing felt extremely suspicious. Absolutely unprofessional. My daughter, who is still a teen, was set up with a doctor here for medication change due to bad side effects from it. The doctor would not honor her request but instead raised the dosage of it and within days she developed the life threatening rash associated with this medication--including chest pain and blistering. She was in the ER and needed 3 meds from the hospital doctor to stop the reaction. The hospital instructed me to call the doctor who prescribed the med since she stopped it suddenly. ... read more
