Was using their services. The therapist I was seeing was not scheduling my cancellations correctly so it seemed I was doing no call no-show and they canceled my appointments which was very devastating with all the mental illnesses I was struggling with. Especially when the therapist knew of the future days that I was not going to be at our appointment, especially with me and the therapist had conversations about the cancellations and how she was going to fix them seeing how she knew about the upcoming appointments I was goin... read more
My experience with Capital Private Psychological services hasn't been good. They assign you one doctor, then switch you without even telling you then if you tell them what you're original doctor had you on prescription wise, they order a drug test the same day and only give you a few hours to get there, which is complicated when you can only use the bus transportation system and you're a mother of four young children, who have to go with you. Yeah, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed.
Its like pulling teeth to get your insurance i use, Stanley shouldn't be working there if he doesn't want to do his job
Patty is possibly the BEST therapist in the Mental Health field. I have grown so much, and tackled so many of my issues head-on, thanks to her!
Do not use them they took money out of my personal account and not my insurance which I have 100% covered. No bill was sent
