ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! They worked with me to get the best and lowest payments on my monthly payments and policy down payments! I would NEVER go anywhere else for financing. They remove fees and helped me massively with due dates, which helped so much! If you want a finance company with the best customer service, willingness and eagerness to help their clients, then I STRONGLY recommend this finance company!!!
We have worked with Capital Premium Finance for nearly 10 years. We can't say enough good things about this company. The staff is very knowledgeable and they all provide great customer service.
I rarely have had to contact this company since everything has always gone very smoothly but on the few occasions when I've called, they have been extremely cooperative and helpful (which, sadly, is no longer the norm so it's important to note it when it occurs)!
