Great to work with. From providing honest information during the sales process to installation and startup it was all professional and timely. We hit a few challenges but they just kept moving and found solutions to make it work. They did what they said they would do at every step which is unusual these days.
Joe was professional and polite. Yes he did change the oil and filters, but he also took time to explain and clean the unit in detail. I highly recommend Joe and his generator company.

Excellent service! I have been using Capital Power for the last 4 years to service my Kohler 12KW generator. Most recently, I had an incident during the winter storm and my generator would not run it's scheduled exercise. This concerned me since there was a more elevated chance of power failure.
