We installed our Kohler all house generator after the ice storm of 2021 in Austin and still during the pandemic. Joe and his team made the process seem easy, and they are always available when I have questions. The team keeps up with the yearly maintenance. Excellent service! I have been using Capital Power for the last 4 years to service my Kohler 12KW generator. Most recently, I had an incident during the winter storm and my generator would not run it's scheduled exercise. This concerned me since there was a more elevated chance of power failure. Capital Power Systems goes above and beyond! Joe came out to help us, on a holiday, after we had just finished a remodel and had problems with our power. I thought the generator would have turned on and it didn't, so I contacted Capital Power Systems since they do our regular maintenance on the generator. It turns out it was not our generator, and a breaker was tripped that looked like it was on. He helped us in such a huge way. I will be forever grateful!
Joe was fantastic! We had some electrical issues and Joe stopped by on New Year’s Day to take a look and to be sure we were safe. After reviewing the electrical panel, he suggested we connect an electrician. Joe provided the name of a master electrician who came the following day. Joe went above and beyond to help us out and we really appreciate it!!
